It was a happy birthday after all for a boy from Argenteuil.
Noah Dubé turned 11 on May 11. Noah has autism spectrum disorder and was unable to have a birthday party this year and could not return to school this week even though many other elementary students in Québec returned to class. Due to having autism spectrum disorder with integration difficulties, going back to school this week could have been destabilizing.
